What's the difference between a VA and what you do?
A VA executes the tasks on your list. I'm the one figuring out what should be on the list, mapping out the process, and making sure the right person can get it done without you hovering. Think of it this way: when you hire a VA you get an extra set of hands in your business. When you hire me, you get another brain.
I'm not sure I'm ready for ops support yet. How do I know if now is the right time?
If you've been running your business long enough to know it's working, but you're hitting a wall because you are the system, you're ready. You don't need to have it all figured out first, that's exactly what we do together. If you want to get a feel for what it's like to work together before committing to an ongoing engagement, the Ops Strategy Hour is the perfect place to start.
How long before I start seeing results?
Some clients feel breathing room within the first six weeks (decisions stop piling up, the mental load gets lighter, processes are getting fine-tuned) but, I always advise giving it three months to really start feeling it. That's when we've figured out how to best work together, dialed in your communication style, and wrapped up your first 90-day plan. Every business is different, but the three-month minimum exists for a reason. Lasting change takes more than a few weeks to stick.
hat happens after I apply? What does the process look like?
Some people want to jump on a discovery call, some would rather connect via email or DM, and some already know exactly what they want and are ready to commit — so I let you tell me your preference right on the application. Once I receive it, I'll review and reach out accordingly. If we're a good fit, I'll send over a Service Provider Agreement and invoice to lock in your start date.
